रायपुर। जिला खनिज निधि (डीएमएफ) घोटाला की जांच कर रही केंद्रीय एजेंसी प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने छत्तीसगढ़ और महाराष्ट्र में एक साथ 4 स्थानों पर छापा मार कार्रवाई की है। छापे की यह कार्रवाई बेहद गोपनीय रखी गई। अब केंद्रीय एजेंसी ने बयान जारी करके छापे की जानकारी साझा की है।
ईडी की तरफ से जारी बयान में बताया गया है कि डीएमएफ घोटाले से जुड़े छत्तीसगढ़ और महाराष्ट्र के 04 स्थानों पर 09.08.2024 और 10.08.2024 को तलाशी अभियान चलाया है। इस दौरान 1.11 करोड़ रुपये की नकदी और बैंक बैलेंस जब्त पर प्रिज किया है।
सरकार के अधिकारियों और राजनीतिक अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत से डीएमएफ ठेकेदारों द्वारा सरकारी खजाने से पैसे निकालने में शामिल होने के लिए भारतीय दंड संहिता, 1860 की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत छत्तीसगढ़ पुलिस द्वारा दर्ज 03 अलग-अलग एफआईआर के आधार पर जांच शुरू की। यह मामला छत्तीसगढ़ में जिला खनिज निधि के धन के उपयोग में भ्रष्टाचार से जुड़ा है। डीएमएफ खननकर्ताओं द्वारा वित्त पोषित एक ट्रस्ट है जिसे छत्तीसगढ़ के सभी जिलों में खनन से संबंधित परियोजनाओं और गतिविधियों से प्रभावित लोगों के लाभ के लिए काम करने के उद्देश्य से स्थापित किया गया है। ईडी की जांच से पता चला कि ठेकेदारों ने अधिकारियों और राजनीतिक अधिकारियों को भारी मात्रा में कमीशन/अवैध परितोषण का भुगतान किया है, जो अनुबंध मूल्य का 25% से 40% तक है। रिश्वत के भुगतान के लिए उपयोग की जाने वाली नकदी विक्रेताओं द्वारा आवास प्रविष्टियों का उपयोग करके उत्पन्न की गई थी। प्रवेश प्रदाताओं और उनके संरक्षकों की तलाशी ली गई, जिसमें विभिन्न आपत्तिजनक विवरण, कई फर्जी स्वामित्व इकाई और भारी नकदी मिली। तलाशी और जब्ती अभियान के परिणामस्वरूप, 76.50 लाख रुपये की नकदी जब्त की गई है; प्रवेश प्रदाता फर्मों से संबंधित 8 बैंक खाते भी फ्रीज कर दिए गए हैं, जिनमें लगभग रु. 35 लाख. डमी फर्मों से संबंधित विभिन्न टिकटें और अन्य आपत्तिजनक दस्तावेज और डिजिटल उपकरण भी जब्त किए गए हैं।
